A guide to interpreting Butterfly Kyodai at its best
Select the two tiles with the mouse or touch screen where you see two matching butterfly wings. Two adjacent wings on the board can be merged into a larger one. You can also use a line to join the wings, but it shouldn’t form more than two right angles. Keep an eye on the clock. You have to finish the level before time runs out! Every time you successfully match two wings, time will be added to your clock.
Use power-ups when stuck
Use the special power-ups in the upper-right corner of the game to make things easier. If you’re stuck, you can get a hint by pressing the orange button, pause the game by pressing the green button, and shuffle the remaining wings by pressing the blue button.
